Yes folks, I've done it. Feminism has reared its ugly head again and I have decided to cut the cord. I am no longer afraid to set foot in public without a bra.
While bra shopping in the spring of 2000, after looking endlessly for the right size in a comfortable style and finding nothing but devil bras and heartache I decided to throw in the towel. If this is the price of womanhood, count me out.
Now don't get me wrong, the free, natural life is not for everyone (just ask Spongebob Squarepants about his adventures in Jellyfish Fields). By all means if you can find a comfy bra that uplifts and supports and makes you happy, you wear that bra 24/7 if you like. Me, I just can't do it anymore.
However, I am still a slave to fashion and not all of my "professional" outfits will allow for full emancipation. While teaching, unfortunately, I will continue to where a bra everyday, but when that final bell rings... Look out World...
But hey, what do YOU think?
Please feel free to sign my guestbook
to explain WHY you feel the way you do. Thanks for checkin' me out!
