| Grenades are quite annoying, hypathetically speaking. Imagine, if you will: You have crawled through stinging nettles, brambles and strange bugs to get to the perfect sniping position. You take your aim carefully and wait until you know you'll hit. You fire and hit the target right between the eyes, he's out!! Then you realise his mate was out of view and now he knows where you are. You have a decision, franticly re-cock you rifle and shoot at him or you roll out of the way of his rapidly approaching grenade?!... If you decide to re-cock above all you must shoot before he throws the grenade but also try and still be concealed as he doesn't know exactly where you are, yet. You take aim but just see his arm fall to his side as he has thrown the grenade. If this grenade lands more than 15 to 20 feet away from you, don't worry, take your aim and bang, he's gone. If how ever it lands closer you must adopt a way of getting 20 or so feet away from it, this may blow you cover but after you get away lay down again, you'll be invisible. I suggest adopting a rolling manouver. That being putting your rifle along you body an rolling sideways until your 20 feet away. If you decide to roll straight away, adopt the same technique as above. |
