INTERVIEW OF THE MONTH: AUGUST 2001
KRISTIN OLSEN (Part 2)

This recent graduate of Hitchcock High School sat down for a one-on-one exclusive interview with "Ryan Glanzer Update" correspondent Ryan Glanzer.  Kristin, in August, talks about her job at the State Fair, her hatred for Clifford Gascoigne, and more.
RYAN: Hello, Kristin.  How are you this morning at 4:13?
KRISTIN: I'm great.  Wide awake.  Even though people think I should go to bed because I have to work at six.  Brandon's getting sick of me, he wants me to leave.

RYAN: What has been the best part of working for Camper Bob at the State Fair?
KRISTIN: Two words: Camper Bob.  He's a god here.  Everybody knows him.  Plus he got us into the concerts for free.

RYAN: You have had the opportunity to work with some new faces, like (twins) Heath and Garrett Seefeldt and Cliff Gascoigne.  How have you hit it off with them?
KRISTIN: The twins and I get along great.  Cliff, that's another story.

RYAN: You've encountered some zany adventures here at the fair.  Run down some of your zaniest.
KRISTIN: Unloading nine sheep because someone left them in there for eight hours.  And who could forget flying out of the golf cart, and lying there laughing for like ten minutes.

RYAN: Are you glad that there's only 2 days left working here or does it make you sad?
KRISTIN: It doesn't make me sad, but it has been a lot of fun.  I'm ready to sleep in my own bed and use my own bathroom.  I will kiss the golf carts.  And having the equivelent of four brothers.

RYAN: Are you ready for college to start?
KRISTIN: Those are the most common words to come out of my mouth, so yes, I am.

RYAN: Thanks for taking the time out of your obviously busy schedule at the fair.  Anything else you'd like to add?
KRISTIN: I'm going to go to bed now for an hour now because we are going to Poison tonight and it will be late.  Good night all.  And heat sucks.
