I have been asked what my solution for the homosexual issue in America would be, so here is one possibility. I know that it might be offensive to some, but please remember that it is a lot less harsh than God's command to the nation of Israel was. If you'll notice I even have us footing the bill for them to move, and none of them are put to death simply for being homosexuals.

    We want them out of our society...we don't really want to kill them.

    And, this is a scenario that I don't ever really expect to come about. This is just my 1st Ammendment outburst.  Please note that I feel that after the initial problems this might cause, that in a short time we would have very few problems with people desiring the homosexual lifestyle.

I feel that it would not be too long before society realized the advantages of condemning this lifestyle and in the end, many more lives would be saved than the very few obstinate cases that might arise.

I also feel that when homosexuals fully realized their options that most of them would forsake that lifestyle...not just in word and deed...but eventually in heart also.

Homosexuals today will make this out to be a most horrible thing...but then...doesn't anyone do that when their sin has been found out and it's time to pay the piper?

1. Give already homosexuals which are "out" a reasonable time (say 6 mo.) to do one of two things:
   1. Denounce homosexuality.
   2. Leave the country. (Property may be taken with them, sold, or forfeited. Plane ticket for individuals , and 1000 lb. freight, to be paid by the people of the U.S.. Travel and visa paperwork assistance available.)
2. Past the time period, barring any genuine hindrance to their departure on time, arrest, convict and sentence the protesting homosexuals to one of two things:
   1. The option of leaving immediately, taking anything with them only that they which they can gather in 24 hrs.
   2. Life in confinement with no chance of parole. ("Partners" housed in seperate fascilities.)
3. Any homosexuals caught sneaking back into this country will be handled as in #5  below.
4. Non-homosexuals aiding in a homosexual's return are to be handled as in 2b above, but with a parole possibility.
5. Escapees from prison, and those caught sneaking back into this country, are "subject to" the death penalty, with the minimum sentence of Life in solitary confinement. The final sentence is to be decided by the judge.
6. Those who after denouncing homosexuality, having been discovered to continue practicing that abomination, are to be handled according to rule #2 above.
7. Those having denounced homosexuality shall be subject to intense scrutiny for a period to be determined by the court, with a minimum time of five years.
8. Newly discovered dominant homosexuals are subject to rule #2 above.
9. Newly discovered non-violent subs are subject to rule #1 above.
10. Newly discovered non-violent homosexuals which fit neither 9 or 10 are subject to #1 above.
11. Newly discovered violent homosexuals of any persuation are to be handled as in #2 above.
12. Homosexuals refusing the stipulations of rule #1 above, are subject to rule #2 above.
13. Homosexuals attempting to escape from custody are to be handled according to rule #2 above.
14. Homosexual confinement does include paid labor, and they are to pay the expenses necessary to their confinement.
15. Homosexuals refusing to work will be handled as in rule #5 above.
16. This is a durable article of law and shall not be revoked.

Quite accomadating actually when the seriousness of the crime is taken into consideration.  I am sure that I've missed something; but the minor details can be worked out later.

Now, this is a Democratic Republic and I wouldn't want to do anything against that.  I propose the above be adopted by purely legal means.  I state my "agenda" as it were through the guarantees of the 1st Ammendment of the U.S. Constitution.
