Due to the sheer magnitude of layout needed to make the constitution legible, HTML-izing it was a great deal of trouble. Furthermore, updating it was also a hassle. That is why I have created a text version of it for you to view on the web, if you are so inclined. I would like to confess however that I could not get the "word wrap" feature going, and it makes for a lot of side to side scrolling. If you really wich to see it without all that scrolling, I have provided a downloadable MS Word document of it below.
