On November 04, the world of Psychology lost one of its most beloved and admired figures. Laird Cermak, Director of Memory Disorders Research Center at Boston University and The Editor of Neuropsychology,  died Thursday 04 November 1999, of complications following a bone marrow transplant. He was 57...  A Cleveland native, he was director of psychology research at the Boston Veterans Affairs Medical Center and dedicated his career to studying cognitive impairments that result from brain damage. In recognition of his many achievements, and to remember his memory, Gigi Roman, has created this site.
