Boys Will Be Boys 1976

Words and Music by: Trevor Rabin

Grovelling down at the ends of the earth
To get some peace & quite to get back home
Then I find that she's still on top where
Cats & rats would reign
She'd lead on
Didn't wanna know
I really couldn't show
Why I felt so cold
I didn't wanna live
In this filthy hole
Drowning to the grave

Waiting round in my lonely bed
For goodness and love to spread
To reign supreme
Waiting round in my only bed
To get some peace and quiet
But she'll lead on

Will it change, no I think it's too late
For the mass to see what they've been doing wrong
Eventually when we fall to the sea
& the insects take it all away
Far too late but we will see that we are wrong
Until then, fool me that we are strong
