Origins:The origins of Akira were quite simple. Seventeen
years ago, a couple was married... Saburo, the son of a local Iiga
Village farmer, and Okane, the daughter of a local Iiga Village
farmer. The two were arranged, but learned to love each other.
One year later, Akira was born, the first of two children. His
younger brother, Shingo, is four years younger than Akira, and has
always been a typical little brother. He was a wonderful
playmate, until he hit the age of 4... when he became a royal pain in
the butt.
For all of his life, Akira had been taught the ways of the farmer.
Everything that a farmer needed to know, Akira and his brother have
been trained in. Farming, animal handling, farm equipment
building and maintenance... and many, many more things. Akira
has never excelled at anything, but he has always been able to do what
he was taught.
Present:
Currently, Akira is living with his family, helping with the
farming, and doing most of the walking from the country farm to the
nearby Iiga Village.
Desires:
As silly as it sounds, Akira wants to run away from the farm, and
become a famous warrior. However, he is smart enough to know
this can never happen... so he is limiting himself to the simple
desire of marrying a woman who is NOT ugly, NOT cruel, and who will
treat him at least somewhat decently. Oh, and to MOVE OUT OF HIS
FAMILY HOME. He may love his family, but there's such a thing as
too much of a good thing.
Fates:
Whatever the fates have in store for Akira, it is probably nothing
major.
