RITUAL |
|
The caster must first orient the casting area properly;
it must be free of all but the most infinitesimal traces of clutter,
dust, etc. Also, he must purge himself of as much stress, grime,
etc, as possible. Once this is done, the table, which may be of
any type, is to be placed anywhere in the room, and must be set, quite
literally, in preparation for a meal. The order must be as
follows: one chair, at the head of the table, one place mat in front
of this chair, the jar, centered on the place mat. To the left
of the jar, from outside-in: one salad fork, one dinner fork.
Above the jar: one soup spoon. To the right of the jar, from
inside-out: one butter knife, one dessert spoon. To the right of
this, a dinner napkin (cloth or paper, caster's choice) must be
placed, folded in any manner the caster desires. All of these
things are to remind the caster of relaxing his stomach, and sitting
down to ingest his dinner. Next, the caster
must add one pint of his own vitae into the jar, followed immediately
by the one tablespoon of salt. Sealing the lid, he places the
mint leaf (one of two) on top of the jar lid, and speaks the following
incantation:
(Latin) "By life, and by vitae, I
do call forth, and beseech my body to act as it once did in days long
past."
Focusing on the power of the caster's vitae, he
continues with the incantation, as such:
(Latin) "As in life, let my body
contain that which I ingest, until the appropriate time."
The caster then must put the mint leaf, the one that
is upon the lid, under his tongue, swirl the contents of the jar six
times, counter-clockwise, and then open, and ingest the contents.
The mint leaf should dissolve within one minute, showing a successful
casting. From this point, the next thing ingested will be held
in the stomach until the second part of the ritual is performed.
When the caster wishes to get to the contents of his
stomach, the second part of the ritual... the release part... must be
cast. He must place the second mint leaf in his mouth, and
swallow it, following this by speaking the appropriate incantation:
(Latin) "The appointed time has
come to pass. Release that which has been held within."
The ingested material, over the next five minutes,
will slowly rise from the caster's stomach, through his mouth, and out
of his body, as if regurgitated. |
