| The Roleplay 2003 takes place in a world where guns, machines and technology are all things of the past. Earth was destroyed aeons ago, and what few humans survived now live on this new, nameless planet. The are still some guns and machines here, but they are rare and hard to come by. Usually, people who have them have inherited them from ancestors. Time on this planet is decided by the Moons; there are three different Stars that light the planet, and each lights the moon a different color. (There are two Moons, but one is small and revolves around the bigger one.) The Red Moon happens about every six months, the Blue Moon happens about every three months, and the Yellow Moon happens every month. A Black Moon (or lunar eclipse) happens once a year. There is a White Moon every night, and this is just a normal Moon. If an NPC says, "It has been three Moons," they mean that three White Moons have passed since the last colored moon. You could ask what the last color was, and they would give it to you. Confused? Good. | |||||||||||||
| The NPC's of this roleplay live in a world that has reverted back to the old days, that is, medieval times. They use Silver as currency; of course, it isn't real silver, it's just what they call their coin. Every character begins with a different amount of Silver, depending on their race, sex and occupation. An anthro would have less Silver than a human, for example, since the humans are still more abundant than any other race, and humans don't generally like anthros. Swords are common, Majick is used in everyday activities. | |||||||||||||

| The Scenario: The Nexus is the central city of the planet. In the Nexus lives Corey Woulve, the young Prince of the Light Dragons. Corey is known to be half Dark and half Light Dragon; his mother, Ethera, was mated to Ludack, the King of Dark Dragons, in the Dance. This one-time pairing resulted in a halfling. Dragons can take three forms: Human, Warrior (a sort of anthropomorphic dragon) and full dragon form. Corey, in attempt to save his mother from the Dark Dragon forces, was injured in his Warrior form, and parts of his body remain dragonlike when he is in his human form. Since his mother was killed, he was forced to replace her leadership. The Light Dragons resent being led by such a young King (he is only twenty) and some have even rebelled against his forces. | |||||||||||||
| As if this wasn't trouble enough, a plague has swept over the land. It is called Draksylrosis, and it affects only Dark Dragons. The disease is very deadly, killing its victims two weeks after signs have shown. Symptoms are the same as the flu, starting with a cough, fever, sore throat... but eventually the body begins to deteriorate and the victim dies slowly. | |||||||||||||
| Some places on the planet are already littered with dead bodies of the plague. The cure is a feather from a white, rainbow-tailed phoenix; a creature no one has seen in centuries. Some say that Corey has come down with the illness? though who knows how it will affect a halfling? | |||||||||||||
