Today is thanksgiving, an interesting day to start a blog, especially this particular thanksgiving.  Yet here I am.  My kids are with thier respective mothers... still don't like they way that sounds, but it is my life.  I have set aside today as a time to re-evaluate what I want and where I am going.   SO far so good, maybe this will be part of that.  Hard to say.  at any rate I hope to keep this thing around a bit and add to it,  Maybe even find some fruitful ideas that may become essays, songs or anything else.  But right now it feels too forced, so I am going to quit for awhile and watch football.
