CURRENT GOALS 12/22/05 |

Goals Overview
Goals
My self-discovery and self-knowledge and the turmoil it entailed. Everything Ive learned about myself relates to my desire for an educated and learned mind which has the power and ability to help others in
self discovery
education and learning
career education and support
doing well in high school or college
becoming a better communicator virtually and face to face
pursuing ones interests to the fullest
learning about what one does not know much of: Ancient Egypt, coral reefs of Australia, blogs and online communities, Crispus Attucks (Boston Massacre), Okinawa (Japan island where people live the longest), genetics of a Lion, etc
accepting others and their differences
use knowledge for practical purpose such as the geometry behind architecture
I believe all the above fall under the category of education and learning. We learn to communicate, we learn to accept, we learn the academics..etc. Basically, my entire life story, stems from this altruistic desire for both myself and the world to be education. Therefore I will use to blog to define myself further and share with others the joys and trials of living and learning.
I have been and claimed myself to be all of the following:
1998 singer, vocal artist
1999 Web site designer, writer
2000 Online Zine editor, writer
2001 fan fiction writer, music enthusiast,
2002 teacher, make-up artist
2003 teacher, writer, intellectual, make-up artist, seamstress/fashion designer (have sewn my own clothing skirts, pants, shirts), mother (people mistook my little sister for my daughter because I had to take her almost everywhere during the summer while my mother was at work)
2004 Literature lover, book lover, teacher, educator, literacy advocate, philanthropist, curriculum writer
Early 2005 Student of the world, teacher, college student, educator
Ones that have been proven wrong or have only been past occurrences are many.

Ones which have proven true:

Possible Future Goals
I began this website in May of 2005, but it was only a crazy mesh of my interests that were slathered across the home page and a few others. Slowly since then I've waddled through the path of self-discovery and met people who've help me discover my true self, and therefore, indirectly helped shape my goals. I find I have new ones every week or so. Since I do not have the time to pursue them all, I've written them there so that I, or possibly a reader of this, may choose to pick up one of them and better improve this world.
| 8/15/05 | Make an importance use of internet and its amazement of resources. Show youth and adults how best to use it. |
|
|
Use it to find role models, business associates, communities, information, almost anything you are looking for. Many times one comes across the best and most helpful sites through unpredictable links. |
| Amazing resources await hidden in the maze of cyberspace, but few know how to search for resources on it. Lately I found a little known nonprofit-support site for, omidyar.net, on a blog I came across in happenstance, without it, I would not have found the support I need for my current nonprofit endeavors. |
| 8/15/05 | New mission in life to help fellow INFJ (s) (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) organize themselves, in their mind, and outwardly. |

We INFJs "inhabit a world of ideas" (from Book: Do What you Are) and have amazing talents, but are often snubbed by society and used by our friends and neighbors because of our good-natured qualities. We also live inside my heads and are unable to express ourselves. Many times our goals do not become accomplished because we have too many, and therefore, we contribute little of the abundance we have to offer the world. |

| 8/17/05 | Promote a complete education at the elementary level so that they may obtain the necessary literacy and basic skills to pursue personal interests, and therefore learn, on a life-long basis. |
|
|
Without a complete elementary/primary education we struggle and may begin to dislike learning at the secondary level, and this disheartenment may be life-long. |
