Do you belive that almost all my life I loathed country?
As a child I was forced to spend all my summertime at
my father's country home where I got bored to death! I didn't want to go
outdoor because the garden was full of bees, wasps. bugs, hunts, worms, crickets, etc. etc.
and all that creatures really scared me, I didn't dare even to pick up a flower because there were always buzzing bees around them... At nights
I was merciless bitten by mosquitos.. it seemed that all that little creatures never took a rest!
And to make my life more wretched I often got nettled!
It was an endless nightmare!
When I grew up I found countrylife even more boring, everything seemed so
dull... on the contrary I really enjoyed living in a big city like Rome.
Till I get married and went to live at my hubby's country home!
From that moment on I give up escaping countrylife. I start to consider the pros instead of the cons and... now I love it and would live nowherelse (even when
troops of hunts find their way to my cupboard :O)
I have real strong passions, wheteher in love, ideals or pastimes.
Whatever captured my interest became all consuming, at least for a time.
As I have a taste for good food and good wine I willy-nilly make a
lot of exercises. Every morning I go to the gym to take aerobic or step
classes and when I don't go to the gym I go to dance classes or riding
or running (I am lucky enough to live near a lake so I go there to
sweat my extra pounds off...). Well it doesn't means I enjoy every minute of this schedule,
I just want to keep on indulging in caloric food and chocolates and drinks!!
Water is my element and closeness to the sea (or oceans, or lakes, or pools
or even fountains...) revived and calmed me, I can spend hours lying in the sea
or playing in a swimmingpool or... in my bathtube! It's is my favourite
way to relax. Well, afterall I was born on the 11 of March and that make me a Pisces!
I can't belive I am already 37 years old, it seems yesterday I was just a kid!!!
I sure
don't act like a 37... that could means I am an immature, but could also means I have a young spirit
and I rather prefer to think of me this way!!!

*Daydreams
*Holidays
*Walk barefoot
*Candlelight dinners
*Stich crossing
*Read, read, read. I prefer classicals or true stories,but I also read lots of bestsellers. I never feel I've read or learned enough.
*Decore my home (I have stencilled butterflys and ivy on my walls, that gives me the impression to be in a garden even if I stay inside!). I also like to paint baked clay plates, cups, pots and ashtrays.
*Make compositions with dryed flowers
*Set tables during special occasions
*Playing Scrabble (uh, still another bug!)
and, of course,
*Country web pages!
