THE ANNUAL HOCKEY BANQUET HAS BEEN SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY MARCH 12TH. IT WILL BE HELD AT THE TROY ELKS LODGE ON BIG BEAVER ROAD IN TROY. INVITATIONS WILL BE MAILED OUT SHORTLY.
Although the banquet has been strictly for the Varsity players and family mambers prior to last season, with the inception of the JV team last year, the banquet is now the Hockey Program's end of the year banquet, not just the Varsity team's. All players are to attend the dinner.
The JV team will be holding a separate "team party" at a date and location to be determined. Check back for more details.
For those that don't know, Wednesday Jan. 22nd, our game against Harper Woods Notre Dame will be televised on WROK. The volunteers for the station agreed to set up a little earlier so that they can tape our game for us. Game time is set for 4:30pm at Lindell.
I ask you parents to come and show your support, and bring as many people as you can. I want a big crowd. It is going to be a big game with it being against our league rival.
I was hoping that I wouldn't have to say anything about this, but I am going to. I DO NOT want any parents going into the locker room at any time on a game day. That's before, during, and after a game. If you need to talk to your son, or need to give him something, tell another player or team personel that is outside the locker room and he will get your son. If no one is outside the room, knock on the door and have the person that answers it get your son.
