| How do I score points? |
| In every international Test or ODI game played during a month by any team in the world, each real-life player scores points based on his performance as follows: 1 point per run scored 25 points per wicket taken 5 points per catch held 5 points per stumping made. 5 points per run out effected. For example, in a one-day international between India and Australia, Ganguly scores 59 runs, takes 2 catches and 3 wickets, he amasses a total of 144 points (59+10+75) for the game. |

| Substitutions |
| While the team must be submitted at the beginning of the month, a maximum of three substitutions are permitted as the month progresses. These substitutions allow for the vagaries of form, injury or selection. The deadline for all substitutions is the end of the 3rd week of each month. |
