Right:  VFR800 overlooking Lake Henshaw.  The road is called S7 and is a favorite among sportbikers.

I love this picture as it embodies what I love about motorcycling.  A beautiful view along a twisty road with a fine motorcycle.

I dream about days like these.  The skies are crystal clear.  The landscape is wide open. The roads are empty.  The bike fueled up and the whole day is meant for riding.  Of course it helps to have nice places to ride such as this!  Days like these are made for motorcycles!

Someday when I'm old and can't ride anymore, I'll look back at these days with joy and contentment.  I'll remember that I owed the fastest production motorcycle in the world, travelled some of the best roads in California, and I rode my bikes as much as I could!  That is, if I live long enough to get that old!  However, if I were to pass on, there would be no other place I'd rather be than being on a motorcycle and feeling like I was shot out of a cannon!
