                         QUALITIES

The three Qualities, Cardinal, Fixed and Mutable, are the
second most fundamental components in the natal chart after
the Elements. The four Cardinal signs correspond with the
starting phases of the seasons, the Fixed signs with the
stabilized phases, and the Mutable signs with the ending
and changing phases. If more planets occupy signs with the
same Quality then that Quality is emphasized, and affects
the influences of all the other factors.

                     BALANCED QUALITIES

The Qualities are balanced in this chart. This means that
most or all of the three basic Qualities, the initiating,
consolidating and changing attitudes, can be used to gain
a diverse approach. There should be an inclination for
greater understanding and applying a wider range of methods
to accomplish goals.

The inner nature prefers operating with a wider perspective,
