Ghostbusters
This film is superb! It's one of the biggest grossing comedies ever, so i know everybody on this site will have seen it, so no storyline explanation is necessary, is it?
The best thing about this film, in my opinion, is the characters' personalities, and they way they interact perfectly with each other. For example, Venkman's (Bill Murray) extovert, exhuberent manner, contrasts and complements brilliantly with Ray Stantz's more shy, reserved character. Also, this very obvious character presentation, makes the film more enjoyable the more you watch it! For instance, at the start when Venkman is being biased towards the woman subject in his test (and seriously pissing the man off!), if you are watching the movie for the first time, this scene only starts to show you what his character is like, but if you are already familiar with his character, the scene is a lot funnier, see for yourself!
Also, the movie is full interesting scenes that move on very quickly, not just heading towards one climax; one minute the guys are in a library, a minute or so later, they've bought their famous firesation, a minute later they bustin ghosts in a hotel!
