| Price List Fitness Evaluation $55 Includes: The fitness evalution consists of 2 sessions; the first session includes: Fitness related assessments to determine your strengths, and areas of improvement. The second session includes program creation/program design (length of program will be discussed in 1st session), exercise technique demonstration, and education reguarding the program. Once a fitness evaluation is complete you choose the next step you would like to take. Two options are available either Fitness Consulting or Personal Training. Fitness Consulting Fitness consulting allows you to workout on your own, and contact me with any problems or questions that you may arise. We can discuss it over the phone or in person. I will contact you at least once a week to ensure you are on track to meeting your goals. 1month $35/month 2 - 5 months $30/month 5+ months $27/month Personal Training Personal training services is for the person who would perfer one on one expert attention. This service allows you the client to workout with me right there at your side to make educated decisions regarding the program and to modify exercises that are in your program on the spot. As with consulting you will have access to me to answer any questions. 1-3 session $50/session 4-7 sessions $45/session 7+ sessions $40/session Ask about discounts available to see if you qualify such as Groups, Students, and Seniors |
