World War III

This file which was a fictive scenario has been modified in honour of the D day veterans. Before the beginning of the allied general assault on the coasts of France, president Wisnton Churchill said the following worlds to the allied soldiers: "You may heard about Gettysburg, Waterloo, those battles are nothing in comparison to what you will see today and today will be the occasion of exploits never seen before." I saw in movie pictures of D day and the Hell of Men and I can tell you that the vets of those days are really heroes.

It might be impossible to prevent wars in the world. World wars, i.e., wars involving the entire planet could still happen and other days, like D days, might still be seen. Wars, in general, are inevitable because they belong to the set of forces that are bound to reshape our world and our universe - entropy*, chaos or/and disorder - working with the forces in the opposite direction which are the evolutionary forces. Nevertheless, wars, although they might be inevitable, are not at all a necessity. Many, if not all, problems on earth can be solved peacefully.
In the aftermath of D day and World war II, a balance of power has been set that has now shifted in favor of the U.S.. However, this situation might change and new tensions might arise with new challenges. Finally, I am asking you: Let us check and challenge nature, our natural instincts, let us try to keep the world out of wars.
