Multiple shotty retroperitoneal lymph nodes are noted. Bone windows derri~ônstrate mild diffuse osteoarthiltic changes. Sternal wire sutures are noted in the superior portiöh of this study. A peripherally sclerotic cystic lesions noted in the left femoral head, consistent with osteoarthiltic degenerative changes. Soft tissue structures of the body wall demonstrate atiny fat-containing left inguinal hernia.
Impression
1. Limited study with no evidence of acute intra-abdominal or pelvic pathology
2. Ancillary findings as above including predominantly peripheral atherosclerotic changes which may suggest history of diabetes mellitus, sternal wire sutures and cardiomegaly. Mildly prominent prostate should be correlated with clinical exam and serum PSA values.
