IMPRESSIONS
Technically limited study.
Concentric LVH with normal global and regional LV systolic function. EF = 54%.
Left atrial dilation.
Arotic valve prosthesis with moderate aortic stenosis and severe aortic regurgitation.
Right coronary flow is demonstrated with color flow doppler.
Mitral valve appears normal; pulmonic and tricuspid valves not adequately visualized.
