I have written in my manuscript, Interpersonal Relationships, now on the web, No. 29 in my Bibliotheque, that what may attract two people to each other is what the psychologists call physical attraction. The latter is
- they may have been at the same place, at a time or another (same neighborhood, same ballroom, same theater, etc.)
- they may have been meeting more often than with other people, if, for example, they are related, close friends or class comrads
- they may be physical attractive to each other if they some common physical charcteristics, like being "short", for example
- or they may have been in bodily contact with each other, at a time or another
I may have forgotten many beloved friendships with the other sex I had in my life, but all have came to have been useful, since man cannot live without affection whatever small it is.
