Larry brought more than twenty-five years of experience in the affordable housing industry.  His previous positions included regional vice-president of a prominent New Jersey property management company; president of a full service property management and consulting firm specializing in the turnaround of troubled inner city properties; and general manager of a Public Housing Authority. 

He also served eight years as a commissioner of the East Orange, NJ Housing Authority which, during his tenure as chairman, received HUD's national award as the "Most Improved Housing Authority."  

Larry was an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) of the National Association of Realtors.  On the national level, he has served as a Governing Councilor and chairperson of several committees.  Larry also has served on the National Faculty of IREM since 1975 and played a prominent role in the development of IREM®'s accreditation course for public housing managers.  He  also served two terms as president of New Jersey Chapter Number One and was awarded that chapter's CPM of the Year Award.

Larry was a licensed real estate broker in the states of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Hampshire and licensed as a property manager in the District of Columbia.
