INTERNET EXPLORER - "0" BIT Encryption

So you have proplem viewing secure web site.
When you go to help-about internet explorer the encryption
shows "0" bit.

Do the follow:

find and rename the files to .old
rsabase.dll
rsaenh.dll
schannel.dll

run setup to reinstall I.E 5.0, I.E 5.5 or I.E 6.0 OR you can
reinstall I.E 5.5 first then reinstall I.E 6.0 after.

Open I.E now it should shows 128 bit now, you can delete the 3 
files above ONLY WITH EXTENSION .OLD

This problem is cause by the files might not be the correct version
or the files are corrupted or one or more is missing.
