On April 28, 2002, MTSU President Dr. Sidney McPhee was officially inagurated as president of MTSU.  Although he has been the practicing MTSU president for almost 2 years, he has just now had his official inaguration ceremony.

For this apparently important occasion, Dr. McPhee decided to "heavily suggest" that all professors should cancel classes, and he authorized the closing of every office and the Library on the MTSU campus.

However, on September 11th, 2001, one of the darkest days in American History, McPhee brushed off the travesty, and inisisted that we keep the classes in session throughout the day.

Where do Dr. McPhee's priorities lie?  With his students?  or with making himself feel important???  Do these examples demonstrate qualities that a University President should have?

Vanity in one's self over concern for you students in unacceptable.

Phuck McPhee.
