On Thursday, February
22, 2001, at 2 PM, an white male guessed to be in his early 20s,
approached a white male student named Roger, who was going to his ethnic
studies class on the second floor of Burk Hall. The class was called
Women, Class, and Race and was mostly attended by women. The
instructor of the class was Professor Allison Tintiangco-Cubales.
The young man, wearing a
ball cap, met the student in the hallway and claimed he was friends with
some women in the class. A taller man stood behind Roger while
the man with the ball cap said that Roger was impolite to women, and if he
kept up what he was doing in class, he would do bodily harm to
Roger. The young man twice said to Roger, "Do you
understand?" When Roger asked the man his name, the reply was,
"Clark Kent. And I work at the Daily Planet at night."
The physical description
of the man is roughly, as follows: 5'8", 160-170 pounds,
light-colored hair, and perhaps a closely trimmed goatee. He was
wearing blue jeans and a ball cap, which has a logo on the front made up
of letters or the symbol of a fraternity or sports team. The
baseball cap may have been dark blue with a red bill.
