Revolutionary War Drummer

This is Nathan, a revolutionary war drummer.  Nathan is 52" tall and is powered by a small twelve volt motor which can be switched over to a 120 volt motor.  When switched on, Nathan marches, plays the drum and looks from side to side.  Nathan's body has been carved from pine and hand painted.  His internal works are a maze of gears and transmissions to ensure a life like marching and a tapping of the drum.
