Arkady Alexandrovich Rodinko

Back to STAVKA

When I first got started in Red Army reenacting I desided that I needed a name that fit. So I thought about Russian names and the one that I really liked was Arkady.
Maybe you have read the book or have seen the movie "Gorky Park". If not, it is about a Moscow Police Detective trying to solve a murder in...ok, heres the stretch: Gorky Park.
His name is Arkady Renko. The person described in the book is much more sarcastic and depressive than shown in the movie, and so the Arkady...
Rodinko came from somewhere,...I don't really know...and Alexsandre is just a cool sounding name so:

Arkady Alexandrovich Rodinko was born.

Who am I really?

Well, that is a long one...

maybe I'll tell you one day.

Above: Me in my office.

Left: Me and Ed Cole playing in the desert

Below: Me and the Mrs. putting on the ritz at the New Years Eve Ball.

Me, l'Moose, Koen, and Duckie during the first Napoleonic reenactment in the U.S.

It's a Cav thing...

except for the hat, this is pretty good!

And since I've told you almost absolutely nothing about myself I shall close and say:

later comrade!
