Grand Hall of Stronghold
Here stands the Grand Hall of the greatest castle in the land.  The
vaulted ceiling rises high above some two hundred feet.  Four red carpets
from each direction, north, east, south and west converge on a mighty
stone table.  This table serves as a meeting place for the Merida in times
of war.  The table itself is made of polished stone, much like marble but
not the same texture.  Great vaulted arches lead into corridors in the
cardinal directions.  A doorway with glowing runes blocks passage to the
northeast.  Light floods into the chamber through stained-glass windows
which are placed high above.  The walls, floor and ceiling are all made
in the same inlaid stone fashion as the rest of the keep.
