Recipe: Sausage 'N' Eggs Ingredients: 2 lbs. Sausage 1 dozen Eggs 2 cups Mild Cheese (grated) 4 Slices of Bread (cubed 1/4") 3 cups Milk 2 tsp. Dry Mustard 1 tsp. Salt Directions: Break sausage up into small peices and cook in skillet. Drain grease. In large mixing bowl add eggs, milk, bread and mustard, beat well. Mix ingredients together and place in a baking dish 9"X13"X2" Preheat oven at 325 degrees and bake for one hour uncovered. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy! |

Recipe: Sausage Casserole Ingredients: 6 Sices of Bread 1 tsp. Dry Mustard 4 Eggs 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 cups Milk 1 cup Grated Mild Cheese 1 lb. Sausage (cooked like hamburger) Directions: Butter an 8X8" or 9X13" baking dish and line with bread cubs. Spread cooked sausage over bread. Sprinkle half the cheese over sausage. Mix together the eggs, milk and spices and pour over cheese in baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Enjoy! |

Recipe: Bacon and Tomatoe Quiche Ingredients: 6 Slices Bacon 1/4 cup Butter 2 medium Onions (finely chopped) 2 lbs. tomatoes (peeled, seeded and chopped) pinch of Thyme 1 Bay Leaf 6 Eggs 1 baked pie shell 9" Pepper to taste Directions: Chop bacon into small peices. In sauce pan melt butter, add chopped bacon and onions and saute over moderate heat until golden in color. Add tomatoes, herbs and pepper cover and simmer 20 minutes. In bowl, beat eggs. Combine all ingredients together and place in pie shell. Bake for 25-30 minutes until filling is set and golden. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy! |
