To pre-register by E-mail please do the following:

A. Print this page out, this will make it easier to follow the instructions

B. Go to Edit, at top of screen, and click on Select All

C. Go to Edit, at top of screen, and select copy

D. Go to bottom of screen and click on Click here to get to E-mail page

E. Go to Edit at top of screen and select paste

F. Once this form appears in the body of the E-mail screen just go through and fill in the questions asked.

G. Once you are through just click on Send at top of screen
