Information on the Bright Futures" Scholarship Program:
In 1997, the Florida Legislature created the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program and declared it to be the first education program funded each year from the Florida Lottery. This scholarship rewards students for their academic achievements during high school by providing funding for them to pursue further educational and career goals. Last year, Bright Futures Scholarships made a difference for more than 57,000 students from Florida families. |
