| It is the responsibility of the student athlete to complete the Clearinghouse Initial - Eligibility form. The student then has the form signed by a school official. Once signed, the high school registrar places the school's stamp on the document. . After the Clearinghouse receives your application in the mail it certifies the form for completeness and consistency with NCAA expectations. The Clearinghouse then sends to the high school validation data which has been entered into the Clearinghouse library. | ||||||||||||
| STUDENTS ATHLETE PROCEDURES: 1. Student completes the NCAA Registration and sends the completed form to the Clearinghouse. 2. Student fills out a transcript release form which is given to the school's registrar to authorize release of academic information to the colleges who are considering the athlete.. 3. The School then sends a second copy of the Student Release Form to the Clearinghouse along with the student's transcript to be matched with Clearinghouse file. |
