You can get help in lots of places. It's all about what your need is and what kind of help you need. There are a lot of different web-sites out there with so much info that it's overwhelming. The easiest thing to do is do a search. Type in exactly what you want and then hit the search button. Nasa has a great web-site for just about anything. www.nasa.gov Here you can get info about the ISS and Shuttle. Where they are at and if when and where you can see them. Just look for human space flight on their web-site. Anything about the Sun you can get info from www.spaceweather.com. This is a great web-site with live pictures of the Sun. Astronomy or Telescopes, you can get info from SkyandTelescope.com. All the basics are there.
