Rocky's Anime/Manga Review for... Puni Puni Poemi

Characters: Right! Characters... there's that thing with the ball and chain hanging from its groin... those parent thingies... that little kid, the other kid who's in love with that one kid, and her family. Oh, and there is someone in there with size DDDDDDDDDD breasts. Did I miss anyone? Maybe that green thing with the tentacles... That's basically it. The characters in an overly insane, crazy, and did I mention lunatic-worthy piece? They're pretty worthless and forgettable, in my opinion. .
Story: It seems to try TOO DAMNED hard to be funny. I actually anticipated quality humor. My friend, whom I will not name, greatly reccomended it. But it's a blah funny-ish thing that would be hard to find funny even when high. There's virtually no coherent storyline, either. It's like... her parents die, then she gets stuck with a family of super heroes, then gets kidnapped by sex-obssessed aliens. Fanservice or disservice? I was like... blah. Where's the funny part? Oh, showing pictures of flowers and crap while girls are moaning... oh my god, you're the picasso of funny. *yawn*
Audio/Visual: Well, let's see... this is actually a step in a better direction than all the other crap. But some scenes will just make you cringe and/or vomit. Tentacles, bath scenes, OVERLY LARGE BREASTS, dumbass innuendo, more tentacles... all these contribute to what seems to be the reoccuring theme in Puni Puni Poemi; the makers seem to have been either high or drunk while conceptualizing.
Overall: It's supposed to be satirical comedy. It's not. It's just plain stupidity. Either that, or... no, wait, it couldn't be anything else, never mind. But, if you like stupid things, then go for it. 
from me, though. I don't hate it, I just dislike really crappy satirical comedy.
