Keeping records of your training is a valuable tool for athletes of all disciplines, whether youre a beginner or pro. Weve made our own logs that are free for you to use. There are two formats available. Use whichever is most appealing (or both, if you like). The online log is an original program created by our own runner and programmer, Justin Crooks. The main feature that differentiates this program from most online logs is that you dont have to give away any personal information to use it. Its our program, accessed from our page, but all data is saved on your computer. You never even have to give us a user name or password. Enjoy. If youd like to email us with any comments or suggestions, wed enjoy hearing from you. The other record keeping option, is a printable (PDF format) log. In addition to the weeks log page, theres also a cover page that helps you track the races and events youve trained for over time so that your records will be more useful in the long run. The standard 8.5x11 paper size means your log book will be easy to sort and store in standard notebooks and binders. Again, if you have requests or suggestions, were always interested in making improvements. Logs are for personal use only and should not be copied or altered for commercial use.

This is the plan Justins using to prepare for the 2003 Cody Runners Stampede 5k. Have you started training, yet? If all thats lacking is a good training plan (or if you just want to ensure that youll be faster than Justin on July 4), check this out. Well see you on the trails.
