"This standard-shaped, red guitar pick celebrates Joe Walsh's semi-serious run for the U.S. Presidency in 1979. One side has his name in gold letters, while the other says "Vote For Me." It is probably the oldest pick I own.
Yet it is in Mint condition.
I obtained this pick from Jas Obrecht, former editor of 'Guitar Player' magazine.
Joe gave it to him at a NAMM Show (National Association of Music Merchants) around January 1980.
He was at the Gibson booth and had it in his pocket."
