The Call: The favorite AP Mambo is away clean but slow. Cha Cha blasts to the front with Mariah’s Song right at her heels, followed closely by Silk Pajamas, Babcia, and Dubai Lady. Banshee Wail is on the rail and Bebop Lula, who had some trouble out of the gate, is with the pack now at the tail. The pace is slow.

--At the half, Cha Cha remains strong, but AP Mambo is rolling now and closing neck and neck with Mariah’s Song. Silk Pajamas is a nose behind with Banshee Wail closing on the inside. Babcia and Dubai Lady are next and Bebop Lula is out of it now.

-- Cha Cha is getting tired but just a nose ahead of a roaring challenge from Mariah‘s Song, AP Mambo is having trouble … here comes Silk Pajamas.

--Into the stretch and home for the wire. Cha Cha seems to have found another gear and is closing from the outside but she isn’t going to make it in time! At the wire, it’s MARIAH’S SONG!
