Silly Lil Az's terribly silly past


When I started playing Rock, I was a silly lil helpless darn beginner who never played that kinda game before. (inc. any kinds of web game. I even didn't know what the heck was MUD)
yeah, and I was also a webbie.

Though it didn't take much to find out there was something called Energy Hole, which I can enter, it took me ages to figure out how to get outta nexus when I first died. It took me also ages to find out I actually had some equipments when I first started the game. (I noticed after I died several time...)
It took me also ages to...
1) find out I lose items when I die. (though you could see all items you had when you were using the web when I started.)
2) find out which direction to go to get to Clucky's from Nexus
3) find out there was another world other than Hill.
4) find out how to dig a hole in one of the room in Hill.
5) find out how to enter the planar gate (cuz I was a webbie at that time, I kept clicking Planar gate... at that time, it tried to pick up the gate... now you can enter the gate by clicking it)
6) find out we could eat Dillfrog
7) find out we could wield *nearly* everything
8) find out we could enter the blue wall (till I found out this, I believed that the only way get back to Clucky was to die and come back from Nexus *lmao*)#
9) find out what the heck was Gremlin thingy *can't remember the name)
10)find out what admins were doing and what sort of people they were (I didn't even know I didn't need to say "hello" to them whenever I saw them)
11)find out we could melt the body parts *now we need to get a skill for it though*
12)find out what the heck was telnet
13)find out what the heck was good ol' "" *we dun see it nowadays...*
...there would be an endless list if I try.

It took me almost all my newbie days to figure out how to play since I didn't even know anything about MUD etc. (there were lots of nice players who told me how to *enjoy* Rock2, and yet...) but I was lv 52 or something at the end of my newbie day...*ack*
I still can't find out why I kept playing Rock2 without knowing how to play for such a long time. Normally I get bored very quick if I dun understand anything though.
...isn't it a terrible story? =p
