Ok, by popular demand, here's a rundown on the basic format for an application. If you're applying for a character, here's what I'd like to see:

READ THE RULES! All of them. It's not that bad, I promise. The senshi are not truly human, they have no families, they aren't in school. They're avatars of a rock band's music. That means they're simpler to write than most RPG chars. I haven't been real clear on this except in the rules section, so that's my fault. Having said that, please include the following:

NAME: The name of your character. Both the character you're applying for, and their 'human' name. Nicknames ok to include. You'll want to base ALL of this on something from your band's lyrics.

AGE: (or birthdate) The age your character appears to be, in human form

HEIGHT

LIKES/DISLIKES: This can be for several things. Foods, colors, types of people, behaviors, etc. Go crazy. Get ideas from your band.

APPEARANCE: A complete physical description of your character--eyes, hair, clothing style typically worn. What their 'uniform' looks like.

PERSONALITY: A description of your character, how they behave, what sets them off, what doesn't. Make this as detailed as you can; show us who your character is. Quirks, habits, outlook on life. This is also generally based on your band's lyrics, or how they behave, or a combo. Minimum 3 paragraphs.

QUOTES: Give a good sample of lyrics your character can typically be heard saying, especially if you're making a webpage for the character. This will help other characters later on, if they need to 'say' anything for your character.

POWERS: Use the lyrics and/or personality traits of the band your character is based on. Song titles can often make great weapons. ^^ Start out with several; you can add to them later. They don't all have to be attacks.

STORY SAMPLE: At least half a page, ideally a page. Spellcheck, spellcheck, spellcheck. If I see unfinished sentences, and more than one mispelled word, BOOM, you're rejected and have to reapply. Need an idea to write about? Email me, I'll help you come up with something....I'm crazy that way. lol

Include anything else you think might be of interest. If you have a pic of your character, throw that in, too. I might come back with suggestions on how to strengthen your character, and have you reapply. Just go for it; that's what counts. Feel free to EXPLAIN things - 'this power is because', or 'he/she hates spaghetti because the lead singer is allergic to it'. You know, stuff like that. XD

No problem.�Sailor Moon is a Japanese anime/manga series targeted toward young girls, revolving around a moon princess and her planetary-powered friends, saving the universe from the Negaverse (or whatever, week to week).
