| BOOKING A BAND FOR YOUR EVENT E-mail us about your Event / Club / Private Party with the date, venue, attendance, of the guests and the type of entertainment desired . Determine a budget - What is your budget for the entire show? Remember to include the price of the act, transportation, accommodations, pa, artist rider requirements, technical production, and labor. Onsite production for each show is available for an additional fee. We offer a full PA Sound System for an additional fee. National artists may range in price from $10,000 to $1,000,000 per show. Cover Bands range from 500.00 5,000 (This is artist fee only) How to choose the right entertainment - Once you have decided on the type of entertainment that fits your event, we will provide you with a list of artists/celebrities that fit your request and your budget. Once you have selected your entertainment, you will fax a firm offer to the act. When the offer is delivered to the management of the artist, it is their decision whether or not to accept your terms and confirm your date. RnR entertainment agency we handle all of these matter on your behalf. REMEMBER: Once you have made this signed offer in writing, and it is accepted by the artist's representatives, you have bought an act and you are legally committed. What happens next? The deposit is due - After the artist has accepted your offer, a contract is issued and a deposit is due immediately. RNR will review that contract in detail with you and help you make any changes that seem reasonable and appropriate. Payment schedule - The balance of the artist fees are due prior to the performance. Now it's time for you to have fun and Enjoy The Party!
