Finally, 4 years after the initiation of The Rock 'n' Roll Army, it's fame has hit the airwaves. 

The Rock 'n' Roll Army premiered on WHPK on March 21st 2000.  In it's past history The Rock 'n' Roll Army was graced by phone interviews with artists such as Blake Morgan, who officially announced to the world the formation of his new band "Sweet Nothing", Rob Bailey of "Sour", Kill Hannah,
and Adventures of Jet..

A MESSAGE FROM THE DJ:
For all you Rock 'n' Roll Army fans, I'm afraid that this is my last year at The University of Chicago, and being that I have basically no time for a steady radio spot, I will only be appearing on the air very seldomly.  Obviously this is the first place to find out when I'll be on. The Rock 'n' Roll Army and everything that it ever embodied are still very close to my heart.  So The Rock 'n' Roll will continue to be despite everything.  I think that since I won't be on air much, the website will become my place of outlet for my take on new bands and so forth.  So I am going to be starting a new section on the website which will be updated on a weekly bases and so forth.  Obviously don't forget that if there is anything that you would really like to see on this, most likely I can add it on...so just email me and I'll do my best.  A lot of exciting things are happening in the world of music, and in my life, for example my association with an indie New York City based record label, Engine Company Records, and much much more.  So as I said keep checking out the site for the best in music from the US and beyond.  Trust me this is the place where you will hear about a band that will break in the US 5 months later!  It never fails!  Rock on!
