The Development of Agriculture

The development of agriculture resulted in many changes in the ways of life of early civilizations.  Some of the changes included:

  1. People began to form tribes.
  2. People began to specialize in jobs.
  3. Tribes formed villages.
  4. People no longer had to wander to find food.
  5. People had a regular surplus of food.
  6. Tribes began to trade, and cultural diffusion took place.
