Classroom News


Report cards for the second quarter will be
distributed on Friday, February 6th. Please return envelopes A.S.A.P.
All students have a student
planner and are expected to record their daily homework assignments.
Please be sure that your child returns to school each day with his or her
planner, reference books, and completed homework assignments.
Students are expected to
be reading a minimum of 20 minutes per night, at least 4 nights each week.
They must generate a response to what they have read daily. Reading response
sheets are due on Friday.
In the Everyday Mathematics
program, students are expected to have mastered multiplication facts prior to
grade 5. Please practice this basic skill with your child at home if
he/she has not mastered multiplication facts.
