    Students should be reading a minimum of 20 minutes per night, at least 5 nights each week.  Signed reading slips are due by Tuesday each week.
 

Not too much new to report about Diggy, Skittles, and Billy Bob Joe this week.  They seem to spend most of their day sleeping, unless we wake them for some exercise.  After an exercise session, or handling of any kind, Billy Bob Joe usually runs and hides inside the cholla wood log.

We are participating in a fund-raising drive, collecting spare change for children in Ecudorian Orphanages.  There is also a canned goods drive underway at Northern for local food baskets for the needy.

    Unit 1 Test will be Tuesday, November 21.  We hve been  reviewing for this test.

Book Fair: We will be going to the Northern Lincoln P.T.A. Book Fair on Friday, November 17. The Book fair will be open through Tuesday, November 21.
