Mrs. Caudill has been teaching for twelve years. This is her fifth year teaching for Bloom Carroll Schools. She also lives in the district. She has a master's degree in Technology in the Classroom, so be prepared to get busy using the computer! |

Mrs. Caudill has three children of her own. When she is not working on her school work, she can be found camping, boating, or gardening. She also bakes wedding cakes for family and friends. |

My Mission Statement |

My mission as an educator is to encourage students to find their strengths and enhance them so that they might be successful in their future endeavors. I want to teach them to believe in themselves and their unique abilities. I will help them to develop the skills that they will need to be upstanding citizens within their communities. In treating them with respect and dignity, I will teach them to treat others with respect and dignity. |
