HANK - THE CROSS-EYED HOUND HANK - THE CROSS-EYED HOUND

Hank was a wonderful old hound. He came from SF Animal Care
& Control, where he was going to be put down because he was
very old and stiff - he couldn't walk very well. I rescued him; I was
worried that he may not have long to live, but I coudn't leave him at
the shelter.

...Well, within a few minutes, he was walking along just fine. He
was cold at the shelter and was just stiff!

I loved Hank and he lived with me - soon becoming my favorite
guy. He was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and I had
to cook special meals for him an cared for him. I loved him so
much!

In the end - we were only toghether one year and I was blessed to
have it!

Here we focus on the animals that are in need of medical
attention. We greatly depend on contributions from the public to
assist in providing the best possible care to our foster animals.

Unlike some other rescue groups, we seek a variety of ways to
raise the money necessary to rescue even the unfortunate
animals that would otherwise be euthanised due to their medical
needs. Although we frequently sponsor benefits that provide a
large boost to our goals, we always find more animals in need
than the funds allow care for.

eyed Hound Fund" It is a tax deductible donation and I can truly
say that the funds will be used to care for animals - not to pay any
large salaries.
