Video Test - Click this link to download a small video file to check your systems ability for playing .avi's. It's quicker than waiting for something that you might not be able to play. This video check should take about a minute.
Papa Roach interview - About 11 mb... this is a big file. It may take 35 to 45 mins. to download. It simply depends upon your modems speed. Once it starts downloading click the Media Player stop button, the file will continue to load. Check out other pages while it loads. Then play the interview.
Webmaster notes: At the present time this website will offer .avi files for videos. We prefer these files over the streaming format files that you might already be use to. The .avi files are capable of providing much better video and sound quality and they're capable of being saved to your hard drive so you can view them off-line. These files also don't suffer from "net congestion" interruptions that interfere with your viewing pleasure.
Unfortunetly .avi files with their good quality tend to be on the big side. This results in a little longer wait for the file to download to your system. But, once there you can view it over and over - after saving it.
Due to the amount of space that this website currently has available we're currently forced to limit some of the quality of the files. This will improve as we obtain more web space.
The files will be playable on any computer that has a program for playing .avi files. Almost all Window's machines have some version of Media Player. This may even open and begin to play the file as it downloads. Simply click the "stop" button and wait for the entire file to finish... then play it.
Saving the video: After the file has completely loaded you can save it to play back at a later time by clicking the "file" button on Media Player then "save as", save the file on your hard drive where you want to. You do not have to be on the internet to play your saved video.
