On their days off they don't sit in bed all day. They're at the gym working out. They watch what they eat. They watch what they drink. They try to keep themselves in the best possible shape because they realize the expense fans incur in order to come see a show and they want to give the fans a great show and make sure everyone leaves the venue and heads to their cars with a smile on their face.
